Returns & Refunds
1. If you wish to return an item, please contact me in the first instance within 7 days of receipt.
2. The item to be returned must be unused and in its original presentation box / gift bag, both of which must be in the same condition as you received them.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Peager Fantasy World takes no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
4. Once the item has been received and inspected I will refund the price of the item , or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested.
