Dear client,

Your personal data will be completely deleted from the backup storage as soon as possible in accordance with the backup rules. Personal data stored in back-up storage facilities serve to prevent security incidents, in particular data breaches due to a security incident. The company is obliged to provide data backup in accordance with the security requirements of the Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act.

When processing personal data by the controller, you are the person concerned, i. J. The person about whom the personal data concerning him are processed.

In accordance with the Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act, the company, as the operator, processes your personal data to the extent and under the conditions set out in special regulations. We process your personal data on the basis of legal conditions specified in Art. 6 Regulations.

What personal data do we process about you?

When you use our services, we collect various types of data, such as your username and password, your contacts and other settings. We monitor what products you browse on our website and from which device, what interested you from our e-mail offers, and we derive additional information about you from it, so that we can show you tailor-made offers and further improve our website in the future. If you make a purchase with us or create an account, we also work with the name and surname, your orders and the data you set up in your account.

We process the following personal data:

Identification data, which means in particular name and surname, username and password;
Contact details, they mean personal data that allows us to contact you, in particular your e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, billing address and your contact on social networks;
Your settings, which means the data in your account, in particular saved addresses and profiles, newsletter settings, membership in loyalty programs, shopping lists, watched products, your evaluation of products and services and completed questionnaires;
Data about your orders, which are mainly data about the goods

Information about your behavior on the website, including when you view it through our mobile application, in particular the goods and services you view, the links you click on, how you navigate our website and scroll the screen, as well as information about the device from which you You browse our website, such as IP address and location derived from it, device identification, its technical parameters such as operating system and its version, screen resolution, browser used and its version, as well as data obtained from cookies and similar technologies for device identification;
Information about your behavior when reading the messages we send you, especially the opening times of messages and also information about the device on which you read messages, such as IP address and derived location, device identification, its technical parameters as operating system and its version, resolution Screens, browser used and its version;
Derived data, which means personal data derived from your settings, data about goods and services that you buy from us, data about your behavior on the web and data about your behavior when reading e-mails that we send you; In particular, information about your gender, age, financial situation, shopping behavior and relationship to various goods and services;

providing customized offers and targeted advertising that we may send to you by email, social media, or other electronic means, by mail, or displayed on our website; our legitimate interest here is the effective promotion of our products and services.
In order to prepare a tailor-made offer for you, we analyze the above data and obtain other derived data from them, which we use for this purpose. In this way, we may also use information about your behavior on the site that we obtained before you registered (unless you have previously disabled site personalization in Privacy Settings), and we may collect information about your behavior on the site even if you do not log in (e.g. when we identify you using a cookie). According to this data, we also divide our users into different groups, where each group will receive its own specific offer.

If you purchase from us as a representative of a legal entity, we process the same data for the same purpose on the basis of our legitimate interest in concluding and fulfilling a contract with the person you represent.

In order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control, we process data during the limitation period of 3 years and one year after its expiration with regard to claims asserted at the end of the limitation period. In the event that legal, administrative or other proceedings are instituted, we process your personal data to the extent necessary for the entire duration of such proceedings and the remaining part of the limitation period after its termination.

We use personal data for other purposes for a maximum of 6 months. You have the right to object to such processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Processing on the basis of fulfillment of legal obligations
We must also fulfill certain statutory obligations. If we process your personal data for this very reason, we do not need to obtain your consent for such processing. On this legal basis, we process your identification and contact data, order data, due to compliance with the following laws in particular:

Act no. 102/2014 Coll. On the protection of consumers in respect of the sale of goods at a distance or away from business premises
Act no. 222/2004 Coll., On value added tax,

We use personal data for these purposes for a maximum of 10 years from the issuance of the last document to your order.

If you are the addressee of goods or services that are ordered from us, we process your identification and contact information:

Based on our legitimate interest in the preparation, conclusion and performance of the contract with our customer. Fulfillment of this contract is in our legitimate interest;
Based on our legitimate interest in obtaining information that will enable us to improve our services in the future, or information to generate our internal statistics and reports; Our legitimate interest here is to improve our services for our customers;
For the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, especially according to Act no. 222/2004 Coll., On value added tax and Act no. 431/2002 Coll., On accounting.

For the preparation, conclusion and fulfillment of the contract with our customer, we use personal data for the time necessary to process the order. For the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, we use personal data for a maximum of 10 years for the relevant order.

How long we’ll keep browsing data

We store the information we combine with the data from cookies according to your consent that you have given us or according to the duration of the contractual relationship between us and your person. We will store the combined data from cookies and our systems for a period of one year.

In very specific cases, the company may process your personal data in order to enforce legal claims.

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and 10 years after its termination, in accordance with the requirements of special regulations governing tax obligations. Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be stored for a maximum of 1 month after the end of the purpose of processing. We also process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the company’s obligations pursuant to special regulations, in particular pursuant to Act no. 395/2002 Coll. On archives and registries and on the amendment of certain laws.

Who processes your personal data and to whom do we transfer it?

In most cases, we process your data for our own purposes as an administrator. In this case, we pass on your data to our partners to ensure payment, shipping and other details of your order. We also pass the data on to our processors, who process it according to our instructions. With your consent, we may also pass on data to ad and social networks for customized ads on other sites.

All the mentioned personal data are processed by us as the operator. This means that we determine the purposes for which we collect your personal data as defined above, determine the means of processing and are responsible for their proper execution.

Your personal data is processed through an intermediary to whom your personal data is provided for a specific purpose (eg bookkeeping). The Company declares that it has duly concluded contracts with its intermediaries, which ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations relating to the protection of personal data.

We may also pass on your personal data to other entities that are in the role of operator, namely:

Partners operating payment systems for the needs of securing payments, especially in connection with card payments (PayPal, Vub Banka)
Transport partners, especially companies, Slovenská pošta, a.s., UPS, if they deliver your order to you;
Based on your consent to advertising and social networks,
Marketing tool operators who help us optimize the site and personalize content and offerings for you;
In order to fulfill our legal obligation, your personal data is transferred to the Tax Office.
Failure to provide your personal information

Failure to provide your personal data processed on the basis of a contract (eg sale of goods) could result in the inability to enter into a contractual relationship with you and provide you with our services.

From what sources do we obtain personal data?

We usually collect personal data directly from you via our website or by communicating with you. We may also receive some additional data from our partners, e.g. Banks or shipping companies.

In most cases, we process personal information that you provide to us when ordering goods or services, creating and using an account, or communicating. We also collect personal information directly from you by monitoring your behavior on our website and reading your messages.

If you buy from us, we may obtain additional information about your orders from banks, our payment system partners, shipping partners, such as your account number, successful payment, or delivery and receipt of goods, in connection with the fulfillment of the concluded purchase contract.

2. Your rights under the Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act
Right of access

You have the right to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, as well as information about how we use your personal information.

In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in writing, unless you require another method of providing it. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.

Right of correction

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we have about you. If you believe that the information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to modify, update or supplement this information.

Right of deletion

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, for example if the personal data we have obtained about you is no longer needed to fulfill the original purpose of the processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all the relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we will not be able to comply with your request.

Right to restrict processing

In certain circumstances, you may ask us to stop using your personal information. For example, when you think the personal information we hold about you may be inaccurate or when you think we no longer need to use your personal information.

Right to data portability

In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we transfer the personal information you provide to us to another third party of your choice. However, the right to transfer only applies to personal data that we have obtained from you with your consent or under a contract to which you are a party.

The right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of data which is based on our legitimate legitimate interests. Unless we have a compelling legitimate legitimate reason to process and you object, we will not process your personal data further.
